It covers three sub-groups: PE 100 HDPE pipes manufactured in 10 and 16 atmosphere pressure classes with outside diameters from 20 to 110 mm; flexible PE 32 soft polyethylene pipes rated 6–10 bar in diameters of 20–63 mm; and a 51-item programme of couplings and fittings that connect these pipes to each other and to the wider system. Applications range from agricultural irrigation mains to garden installations. It includes hydrocyclones for sand, silt and fine particles, backwash algae filters, manual and automated backflush systems with metal screens, standing and vertical turbo filters, two- and three-filter combi units, manifold systems on stands, ready systems with fertilizer tank connection, and spare parts such as disc and mesh filter inner sets. Connection sizes span 1 to 4 inches and capacities range from 20 to 70 tons per hour, so the solution scales from a single filter to a multi-body manifold system according to water quality. The filters are produced at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant with 24,000 m2 of indoor area in Menemen, Izmir, and SERTSAN sells them to more than 40 countries on a quotation basis.51 productsAutomatic Landscape IrrigationThe SERTSAN automatic irrigation category gathers the components needed for programmable landscape watering into five sub-groups: PS Ultra spray sprinkler bodies and nozzles; a 7-item rotor sprinkler series including models such as PGP, I-25 and I-90; the 8-model MP Rotator nozzle family; irrigation control units offering from 1 up to 16 stations; and solenoid valves from 1 to 3 inches. The 33-product programme enables complete automatic system installations, from home gardens to parks and large green areas. Two PVC ball valve models — a standard version and one with an iron handle — each come in 9 diameter options; the UPVC butterfly valve is produced in 6 sizes from 2" to 8"; and the threaded group offers 9 different parts between 1" and 4", covering sockets, nipples, elbows, tees, end caps and reducers. Together they handle pipe connections and flow control in drip, sprinkler and general water lines. The range comprises sewage (septic) pumps, submersible pumps with steel cutter blades, aluminium drainage and borehole submersible pumps, jet and peripheral centrifugal pumps, packaged booster sets and petrol-engine water pumps. Power spans 0.5 HP to 13 HP and flow rates run from 2 m³/h to 60 m³/h, with maximum head reaching 65 metres depending on the model. Electric models come in 220V single-phase and 380V three-phase versions, while the petrol-engine units work on land without electricity. Depending on the model, bodies are cast iron, aluminium or stainless steel. On the PVC side you will find garden, braided, silicone-coated, air, fire and yacht-marina hoses with inner diameters from 3 mm up to 50 mm; the spiral side offers suction and discharge hoses, vacuum truck, dust extraction and air-conditioning drain hoses with inner diameters from 16 mm to 202 mm. Standing and trolley hose reels, a hose hanger and clamps complete the programme as fittings. All hoses are produced under the SERTSAN, Techno and Technosteel brands at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in the Ulukent industrial zone of Menemen, Izmir, operating since 2003 with a daily capacity of over 100 tons; they are exported to more than 40 countries and sold B2B on a quotation basis.46 products
